Pricing & Booking Conditions  
(the boring bit)

• The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 4
• Children must be over the age of 8
• The letting period is from arrival on Saturday 3 pm through to the following Saturday 10 am
  
• The rental price is from £350 to £650 per week fully inclusive of oil central heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, towels & bedlinen
  
• A forthnighlty booking enjoys a £50 discount
  
• A £200  non refundable deposit is requested at the point of booking, with the balance payable 1 month prior to arrival
• Cancellation must be notified to us immediately by telephone. You are responsible for the full cost of hire minus any monies received from  re-letting 
• Cnocaruan is a no smoking property
• Sorry no pets
  
• For loss or damage to furniture/items you are held responsible for paying the replacement cost
