Pricing & Booking Conditions
(the boring bit)
- The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 4
- Children must be over the age of 8 due to our proximity to water
- The letting period is from arrival on Saturday 3 pm through to the following Saturday 10 am
- The rental price is from £425 to
£650 per week fully inclusive of oil central heating, electricity,
towels, bedlinen and unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi)
- Cancellation must be notified to us immediately by telephone. You are responsible for the full cost of hire minus any monies received from re-letting
- Cnocaruan is a no smoking property
- Sorry no pets
- The house is unsuitable for people with restricted mobility
- For loss or damage to furniture/items you are held responsible for paying the replacement cost
